Senior LevelIntellectt Inc is seeking an experienced Building Automation System (BAS) Engineer with deep expertise in Siemens Desigo. This contract role will serve as a technical lead, responsible for system design, configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and client-facing technical support.

Responsibilities
Design, configure, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain building management and facility automation systems
Lead and support system start-up activities, commissioning, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs)
Review and approve vendor submittals, drawings, and technical documentation
Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and customers
Advise on technology selection, system architecture, and project execution strategies
Ensure systems meet performance, quality, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on experience with Siemens Desigo BAS platforms
Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, utility controls, and environmental monitoring systems
Proven ability to operate as a self-directed technical lead
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with access control, video surveillance, energy management, or lighting control systems
Proficiency in Windows operating systems and network troubleshooting
Familiarity with ISA and IEC standards
Experience working in regulated environments (pharmaceutical manufacturing strongly preferred)
Background in computer systems validation (CSV)
