Responsibilities

Deep Banner® Financial Aid Expertise: Your 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Banner Financial Aid module will lend to providing solid consulting services. Experience with California Community Colleges and Cal Grants is critical to this role
Deep knowledge of California Dream Act Application (CADAA, or Cal ISIR), Banner ETHOS®/Experience® CalGrant processes, and CALBFA add-on to Banner for California College Promise Grant (CCPG)
Implementation Success: Showcase your talent in implementing the Banner Financial Aid module, making it seamlessly fit the unique needs of each institution
Workflow Optimizer: Demonstrate how you've harnessed Banner to streamline and automate processes within Financial Aid offices, all while staying compliant
FAFSA Navigator: Your mastery of FAFSA intricacies and your ability to make impactful changes within Banner will delight your clients
Problem-Solving Virtuoso: Your knack for troubleshooting both technical and functional issues within Banner is legendary
Communication Leader: Your impeccable communication skills, both written and oral, coupled with your customer-centric approach, speak volumes
