CPM Program Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
Recruit, supervise, and ensure the qualifications of contract experts to serve as workshop trainers
Cultivates and maintains relationships with stakeholders, as well as acts as point of contact for them
Assist in scheduling and conducting PFIA and other CPM training
Develop learning assessments for CPM training
Maintain student records and certificates for PFIA and other CPM training
Market CPM and the training offered, as well as the research collaborations available within the center
Ensure compliance with UNT policies, particularly cash handling and travel regulations
Ensure state reporting compliance and institutional effectiveness reporting
Work collaboratively with faculty on applied research and training modules
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to use a variety of complex computer applications
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations verbally and in writing
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to work independently and lead project teams effectively
Considerable knowledge of University policies and procedures related to functional area (or ability to rapidly assimilate)
