Responsibilities
Source & Engage: Actively recruit and build pipelines of professional candidates specializing areas of Business, Operations and Administration
Drive Sales & Expansion: Create lead generation by using your recruiting insights to expand relationships and secure new business within current client accounts
Strategize & Collaborate: Leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance the candidate experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate quality leads
Negotiate & Close: Effectively negotiate placements to ensure successful matches that meet the needs of all parties
Qualification
Required
3 plus years of high volume recruitment and client development to include a focus in Finance and Accounting
Excellent communication, presentation, organization and influencing skills
Demonstrated track record of effective candidate & client lead generation strategies
Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
Proficient using Linked In, Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Preferred
Previous experience/background in Finance & Accounting or Business Operations
A Bachelor's degree
