Responsibilities
Analyze key performance metrics from all companies involved in mergers and acquisitions to identify integration needs and recommend actionable adjustments
Develop, maintain, and enhance complex Tableau dashboards that consolidate multiple database sources into intuitive, visually compelling views
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Sales, Customer Experience, and other internal teams (and eventually external stakeholders) to gather and validate data requirements
Merge and transform data using SQL (Redshift) to create unified datasets supporting executive reporting and decision-making
Create and deliver 3-4 executive-level presentations monthly to communicate insights, risks, and opportunities clearly and persuasively
Translate business needs into detailed data requirements and visualization specifications
Act as a subject matter expert in data integration and visualization best practices within the M&A context
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Tableau, including creating dashboards that mimic web application functionality
Strong SQL skills (Redshift or equivalent), with the ability to merge and manipulate data from multiple sources
Experience developing clear, actionable data requirements from complex business needs
Proven ability to create compelling data stories and deliver presentations to executive leadership
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data integration and reporting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Preferred
Prior experience in telecommunications or related industries
Exposure to mergers and acquisitions or large-scale integration projects
Familiarity with cross-departmental collaboration involving IT, sales, and customer experience teams
