Responsibilities
Define and lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of scalable Generative AI solutions leveraging large language models, multimodal models, and open-source frameworks within a modern cloud environment
Build and optimize advanced data integration pipelines and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions using search, vector databases, agents, and orchestration frameworks
Design and implement automated testing and CI/CD strategies, establish observability and monitoring metrics, and support secure, reliable production deployments
Partner closely with solution architects and engineering teams to deliver enterprise initiatives across application architecture, APIs, security, and automation
Serve as a technical authority and thought leader, driving best practices, mentoring engineers, and promoting adoption of emerging AI technologies
Set technical direction, influence AI standards, and align AI initiatives with broader business and technology goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
8+ years of experience in AI or software engineering, with deep specialization in Generative AI and cloud-based architectures
Expert-level programming skills in Python and .NET technologies, including C#
Extensive hands-on experience with modern GenAI frameworks, orchestration tools, vector databases, and RAG architectures
Strong understanding of leading large language models and multimodal AI systems
Experience designing cloud-native solutions using containers, infrastructure as code, and scalable API-based architectures
Proven expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production-grade AI deployments
Strong knowledge of responsible and ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation, evaluation, and performance benchmarking
Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and ability to influence technical strategy at an enterprise level
