Addison Group is partnering with a client in the Consumer Goods / Manufacturing industry to hire a Demand Planner. The Demand Planner will support inventory planning and sales strategy by analyzing sales data and trends, collaborating with internal teams to provide insights for inventory optimization and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Track and analyze daily and weekly sales performance across products, customers, and channels
Prepare sales and inventory reports that provide actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams
Monitor inventory levels across locations and identify potential risks related to overstock or shortages
Support demand forecasting updates based on sales trends and market feedback
Assist with inventory planning decisions, including aging inventory and product transitions
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Purchasing teams to ensure alignment
Maintain data accuracy within ERP and reporting systems
Build and enhance Excel and BI dashboards to improve reporting efficiency

Required

3–5 years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, data analysis, or similar roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or a related field preferred
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage large data sets
High attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills
