Driving adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of Sage’s products
Responsible for revenue, customer outcomes, and performance for assigned portfolio
Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to define and execute customer success strategies
Creating scalable processes and ensuring customer success initiatives align with Sage’s overall growth objectives
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles in software or SaaS, with a focus on revenue ownership
2+ years of proven success managing large, multi-product customer portfolios
Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively across executive stakeholders
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage revenue performance and forecast with accuracy
Ability to drive operational efficiency and build scalable customer success models
