Responsibilities

Engineer, deploy, and support Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops in a global enterprise environment

Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including device and user configurations

Oversee endpoint management using Microsoft Intune (policies, compliance, application deployment)

Support and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments

Package, deploy, and maintain applications across physical and virtual endpoints

Troubleshoot complex desktop, OS, and user-experience issues

Partner with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure standards, performance, and security compliance

Participate in endpoint modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Provide documentation and contribute to best practices for end-user computing

Required

Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune device management

Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or similar virtual desktop platforms

Solid understanding of endpoint security, patching, and compliance

Experience working in a large-scale or global enterprise environment

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with hybrid Azure/Active Directory environments

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation

Exposure to endpoint security tools and zero-trust concepts

Experience supporting geographically distributed users
