Operations Manager
Sunrise Telecom is seeking an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple projects and crews. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring quality performance, maintaining schedules, and managing administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Supervise all aspects of business from supplies to staff and production
Confirm quality of work being done and quantity done at the end of each day
Responsible for maintaining acceptable performance standards and metrics of crews
Maintain contract and/or performance schedule
Oversee day-to-day performance of staff
Responsible for all administrative functions necessary to document work including but not limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc
Ensure safety practices and procedures and human resource policies and procedures are being followed at all times
Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Have the ability to complete assignments with no supervision and self-direct daily activities
Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed
Conscientious professional who has a pleasant phone manner and excellent organizational skills
5-10 years previous experience in the field
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to handle multiple tasks
