Chief Financial Officer
Ikon Technologies is an innovative solutions provider for the automobile industry, seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their technology-driven organization. The CFO will oversee financial operations, build scalable accounting processes, and serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team.
Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Build and implement scalable accounting processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support strategic decision-making and long-term company goals
Manage and enhance the company’s NetSuite ERP system to improve financial reporting and operational effectiveness
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes in accordance with GAAP and relevant regulatory standards
Collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive profitability, improve cost controls, and support operational improvements
Establish and maintain strong internal controls, audit processes, and financial policies to support future growth
Act as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team, delivering financial insights to inform business and investment decisions
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure the company’s financial health and growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting (required)
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including prior experience as a Controller
Demonstrated success building and improving financial processes and systems in a high-growth or technology-focused environment
Hands-on experience with ERP systems—particularly implementation, customization, and automation
Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights and actions
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of aligning finance with broader business goals
Preferred
master's degree in accounting or related field
Automotive Industry experience
NetSuite preferred
