Responsibilities
Lead and manage all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Project Coordination teams
Oversee the preparation and analysis of Work-in-Process (WIP) schedules and Percent-of-Completion (POC) accounting
Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate job costing and financial tracking of construction projects
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
Experience in commercial construction or general contracting
Preferred
CPA or MBA
