Responsibilities
Breaking down and outlining the client’s key strategic issues
Designing and supervising the team’s core research tasks and analyses day-to-day
Developing presentation and other deliverable structures
Participating in the communication of project conclusions to client senior management
Providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to more junior staff
Qualification
Required
Financial Services/FinTech Industry Experience required
Exceptional Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and quantitative capabilities, with a history of generating actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences
Collaborative Leadership Style: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and drive collaboration across diverse stakeholders
Deep Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the financial services industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
Preferred
Consultants at our client typically have MBAs and/or a number of years of relevant business experience
