They are seeking a Production Associate to join their retread team, where you will be trained to extend the life of tires through various retreading processes.

Responsibilities
Inspect the tires to assess if they can be retread
Buff the casing to remove any worn tread
Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casing
Using rubber cement or a patch, repair the casing before applying new tread
Building the tire by applying new tread
Curing the tire to mold the retread application
Final Inspection to assess a safe and quality product
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
Basic Computer Skills
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing environment/ General Labor/ Entry Level
