Administrative Assistant
AdvisaCare is a home care agency dedicated to maximizing the health, happiness, and independence of their clients. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support various office duties and assist with employee recruiting, contributing to a positive work environment.
Health Care
Responsibilities
Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects
Various office duties such as maintaining client appointment schedules, answering phone calls and e-mails in a timely fashion, and filing
Assist with all aspects of administrative duties
Assist with employee recruiting, interviewing, and retention
Handling of Waiver Documents
Client Billing utilizing WellSky/ClearCare programs
Assisting with Payroll
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate or GED
Ability to pass a drug screen (Including THC)/clear background
Administrate background required
Work in a team responsibly and independently
Good communication skills
Preferred
Insurance verification experience preferred
Scheduling/Recruiting experience preferred
