2+ years expPeerless Pump Company is a leading USA pump manufacturer seeking a Specification Analyst. The role involves ensuring accurate design and processing of customer orders, reviewing order accuracy, and coordinating with various engineering and sales teams to clarify order deviations.

Responsibilities
Conduct order review to verify required order entry documentation
Provide feedback to sales and applications of oversights involving equipment scope and commercial liabilities
Create and maintain bills of material to meet order requirements
Use the engineering change process to create, coordinate and maintain complex Bills of Material, Material Masters, drawing revisions and part attribute data in SAP
Communicate with both technical and non-technical resources within the factory to obtain the information necessary to address customer questions and concerns
Initiate requests through the ordering processing (SAP CRM CIC) for pump order processing, new materials, engineering support etc
Provide order specific requirements
Build production package for delivery to manufacturing including specific manufacturing and test instructions
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Data entry experience with a high attention to detail and organization
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong technical aptitude
Proficiency with standard MS Office Programs
Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
An associate's technical degree or equivalent experience in order processing, design, or applications is preferred, but experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience using SAP is preferred
