Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding power wheelchair parts
Provide product information, availability, and pricing to customers
Assist customers in identifying correct parts based on wheelchair models and issues
Enter and manage orders in the system accurately and efficiently
Verify part numbers, shipping details, and payment information
Coordinate with warehouse or service teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Generate order confirmations, and shipping updates
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., order entry systems, email, spreadsheets)
