Responsibilities

Own communications planning for clients, focusing on modern marketing channels
Stay on top of market trends and share insights with the team
Develop communication strategies to meet client objectives
Lead ideation sessions for big ideas with stakeholders
Collaborate with insights and analytics teams for consumer behavior analysis
Contribute to strategic campaign analysis using data and insights
Support new business development efforts through innovative communications thinking

Required

10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and team management

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
