Responsibilities

Own end-to-end interview coordination for high-volume, high-complexity roles across multiple teams
Manage complex scheduling across time zones, often involving senior leaders and hard-to-book stakeholders
Act as a trusted operational partner to Recruiters and Hiring Managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS and related systems
Proactively identify scheduling risks, bottlenecks, and process gaps — and solve them before they escalate
Communicate clearly, professionally, and efficiently with candidates and internal stakeholders
Support recruiting at scale while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Required

3+ years of Recruiting Coordination experience, with clear senior-level scope and ownership
Proven success supporting high-volume hiring in fast-growing tech or software environments
Deep experience coordinating interviews for technical and/or product roles
Strong ATS expertise (experience with modern recruiting systems required)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities shift
Polished communicator with a candidate-first mindset

Preferred

Experience supporting hiring at hyper-growth or mission-driven technology companies
Exposure to AI, data, product, or engineering orgs
Experience operating within pod-based or centralized recruiting models
