Responsibilities
Operate and maintain surveying equipment including GPS units, Total Stations, and data collectors
Perform fieldwork for various survey types, including: Boundary Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Surveys, Topographic Surveys, NHWL / 100-Year Flood Surveys, Tree Location Surveys, Elevation Certificates
Collect accurate field data and produce clear, legible field notes
Interpret legal descriptions, plats, and stake-out sheets
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with surveying standards
Work outdoors in varying environments and project conditions
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Proven experience with survey instruments and field procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a survey crew
Must provide examples of prior field notes
