Responsibilities
Support the Studio Director, Executive Director, and dance instructors by greeting walk-ins, answering the phones, assisting current clients (adults and children)
Ensure efficient office organization by keeping teacher rosters up to date and enrolling new students
Be proficient with a computer and Google Suite (Sheets, Forms, etc)
Assist with recital and performance planning and costume ordering
Assist with creating communication documents, utilizing proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and writing skills
Assist with our So Fly Kids Summer Camp
Light cleaning and studio organization required
Qualification
Required
Friendly, outgoing, personable, positive, detail-oriented, self-starter
Residing in or near Playa Vista
Enjoys working with adults and children
15-20 hours free each week
Not looking for a temporary gig, but rather a new, long term project
Ability to support and grow dance & camp programming
Support the Studio Director, Executive Director, and dance instructors
