Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to identify, prospect, and close new industrial and manufacturing accounts
Assess customer operations and purchasing processes to deliver value-driven solutions including MRO, fasteners, safety products, VMI, consignment, and supply chain programs
Expand share of wallet within existing accounts through relationship building, cross-selling, and long-term service programs
Manage the complete sales process—from cold calling and discovery to pricing, negotiations, and contract close
Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, account planning, and performance metrics
Serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, maintaining a strong presence within the local industrial community

Required

3+ years of outside B2B sales experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, MRO, or related sectors
Proven success in territory sales, business development, and account management
Strong hunter mentality with the ability to prospect, cold call, and win new customers
Working knowledge of industrial products, supply chain operations, and manufacturing environments
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
Ability to travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel

Preferred

Experience selling fasteners, safety products, MRO, VMI, or integrated supply programs strongly preferred
