CACI is seeking a cyber software engineer to support our Sponsor’s program involved with research, analysis and prototyping of applications, networks and tools. The role involves a deep understanding of software engineering, security overwatch, and developing cybersecurity analytics to improve defensive postures against attacks.

Responsibilities

Focus will be on software engineering, reverse engineering, protocol analysis, network protocols, encrypted protocols, traffic monitoring
In depth exposure to windows Servers, Windows Desktop, Linus, MAC OS, Mobile/Android and the security protection of those systems
Understanding how a threat might circumvent detection apps and security monitoring systems Researching emerging technologies

Required

An active TS/SCI with polygraph
Five to Fifteen (5-15) years' experience as a software or cyber engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required
Demonstrated in depth knowledge of OS architecture for Windows, MAC, Android, iOS
Demonstrated experience with infrastructure applications
Virtualization, vSphere, KVM
Containerization and Docker
Automation: Ansible, Puppet, Linux Bash, Python scripting
Networking: VLANS, IPTables, Firewalls
Active Directory: Domains, Group Policies, Authentication
Demonstrated knowledge of embedded systems IOT
Deep understanding of cryptography, certificate pinning
