Responsibilities

Senior Property Accountant will prepare monthly financial statement packages
Prepare and enter journal entries
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation in Yardi
Prepare annual CAM/Real Estate Tax Escalations
Enter lease abstracts into Yardi System
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts into Yardi System
Assist with year-end audits and provide documentation to auditors
As a Senior Property Accountant, you will assist with special projects as needed
Accounts Receivable - Oversee A/R including which includes, billing tenants, track payments, and collections
Accounts Payable - Process and manage accounts payable for property-related expenses, ensure proper invoice coding, process timely payment to vendors, investigate and reconcile vendor accounts
