In this role, you will develop original ideas and execute campaigns across various media while collaborating with a diverse team to ensure high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities
Create and develop concepts for campaigns and individual executions in all media
Partner and collaborate with a Copywriter, fusing your disciplines together to maximize the quality of every execution
Collaborate effectively with the entire internal team including designers, producers, project managers, account managers and strategists
Contribute ideas to new business pitches, pro-bono and in-house projects
Oversee campaigns through the production process to final completion
Manage your time effectively, working on multiple projects at once, delivering under pressure and meeting all deadlines
Concept and supervise the production of organic social content for our clients, maintain an awareness of the trends and aesthetics of each platform
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Art Director experience in a creative agency environment
Strong, diverse portfolio that reflects a deep understanding of all media including video, print, digital and social
Demonstrate in your portfolio a high level of design and film craft
B.A. or B.S. in Advertising, Graphic Design or other relevant discipline
Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite programs InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator along with a working knowledge of Premier and After Effects
Familiarity with the latest creative AI tools like Midjourney and others
Highly collaborative with good communication and presentation skills
Ambitious, self-motivated and organized
