This role involves collaborating with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets
Lead cross-functional project teams to meet or exceed client expectations
Align internal and external stakeholders, secure approvals, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or scope changes, and implement corrective actions as needed
Communicate project status through regular meetings, reports, dashboards, and customer update calls
Manage day-to-day customer interactions and ensure clear, consistent communication
Oversee project financials, including budgeting, resource utilization, and accurate customer and vendor invoicing
Review and approve vendor invoices when applicable
Evaluate project performance using data and metrics; identify improvement opportunities
Conduct lessons learned sessions and provide final project and financial reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
3-5 years of project management and/or relevant experience in the logistics industry
Capability to build and manage interpersonal relationships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into action
Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to communicate project status and risks to executive leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associated in Project Management (CAPM)
