They are seeking a Real Estate Project Owner/Documents Developer responsible for managing custom document projects throughout the customers’ implementation process, ensuring the highest quality of documents to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Managing custom document projects throughout the customers’ implementation process

Owning all aspects of the projects, including project creation, review, requirement gathering, development/unit testing efforts and online conference meetings with clients and other departments

Maintaining the highest quality of documents to support customer needs

Required

A comprehensive understanding of a real estate transaction, both title and escrow related

Thorough knowledge of the documents used throughout the Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance industry

Advanced skills with MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook

Must be a team player, flexible and exhibit excellent communications skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong project management and organizational skills

Strong customer service skills

Ability to quickly learn new software

10% US travel is required

Associates degree or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

Prior development skills and/or MS Team Foundation Server experience a plus!
