Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve organizational performance
Developing go-forward strategies, new business units, or other revenue-producing entities or assets without direct input from the client
Identifying acquisition targets or evaluating businesses for divestiture
Performing technical work to support the advancement of the client's long-term strategic vision
Establishing or setting up future operating models and making strategic decisions on the future state structure and operating model
Providing specific guidance on human capital, including headcount increases or reductions, creating job requirements, and staffing models
Qualification
Required
Expert level experience (10+ years) in Atlassian - JIRA
Expertise in Jira Align and Portfolio Management
Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve organizational performance
Experience in developing go-forward strategies, new business units, or other revenue-producing entities or assets without direct input from the client
Ability to identify acquisition targets or evaluate businesses for divestiture
Experience performing technical work to support the advancement of the client's long-term strategic vision
