Responsibilities
Recruit and fill high-volume low voltage roles supporting data center and commercial projects
Build and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates using job boards, referrals, outreach, and networking
Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for skill, reliability, and jobsite readiness
Manage candidates through the full hiring process—from initial conversation through start date
Partner closely with internal teams to support hiring needs, timelines, and project priorities
Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication and follow-through
Keep the ATS updated and ensure documentation stays organized and compliant
Qualification
Required
1+ year of agency recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
Proven ability to fill roles quickly in a fast-moving environment
Strong communication skills and confidence building trust with candidates
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles at once
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven—while still being a team player
Preferred
Experience recruiting for low voltage roles such as: Low Voltage Technician / Installer, Cable Technician / Structured Cabling Tech, Fiber Technician, Lead Installer / Foreman, Access Control / CCTV Technician, Data Center Technician (DCT)
A talent for building long-term pipelines in skilled trade or technical field roles
