Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using J2EE technologies
Build and maintain microservices-based architectures with high availability and performance
Develop and optimize data models and queries using MongoDB
Implement event-driven and messaging solutions using Kafka / MQ
Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making
Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Required

8+ years of hands-on experience in J2EE / Java-based full stack development
5+ years of experience designing and developing Microservices
4+ years of experience working with MongoDB
6+ years of experience with Kafka and/or MQ messaging systems
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing
Experience with system design, application architecture, and development best practices
Proficient in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
