Responsibilities
Responsible for formulating, reviewing, and implementing plans for desktop systems and low-voltage projects
Develop and implement solutions for IT service requirements, conduct assessments, and provide implementation support
Construct and promote the use of monitoring systems, access control systems, and audio-video conferencing systems within the company, and optimize their functionality
IT infrastructure post-maintenance, inspection, and optimization execution
IT asset management tasks including allocation, selection, optimization, inventory, reallocation, and disposal
Responsible for overall management of IT endpoint security
Responsible for the development, application, promotion, and maintenance of company's confidential software, desktop antivirus, endpoint threat intelligence, and other security systems
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or its equivalent
Familiar with IT concepts, practices, and procedures
2 to 4 years of related experience
Previously exposed to some complex IT-related tasks
Outstanding learning and communication skills
Preferred
Excellent programming skills
