Responsibilities
Work through backlog of invention disclosures
Engage directly with engineers on patent filing decisions
Perform docket cleanup (IP Folio) and identify unassigned products
Tag and track items in the system
Manage inventor awards related to the patent program
Support custom reporting and process improvements (depending on experience)
Qualification
Required
Hands-on IPFolio docketing system experience (admin-level preferred)
Strong Excel skills (custom reports, data cleanup, tracking, etc.)
Software/technology background
Experience working with patent programs; understanding of engineering workflows
