Responsibilities
Oversee the payroll process for all employees
Calculating and entering payroll for 500+ employees, with pay structure involving multiple calculations & differentials
Review, reconcile and analyze big data from differing sources utilizing advanced Excel functions
Maintaining payroll files, including updating payroll systems, employment hires and terminations
Generating payroll reports for manager review
Generating and ensuring accurate cost allocation of wages and employee insurance coverages and other benefits
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines
Address payroll inquiries from employees
Additional duties as needed
Qualification
Required
One to three years of previous payroll administration experience required
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Working knowledge of current ADP, Excel, Word, and Outlook applications
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to pass a drug and background check
Current driver's license and reliable form of transportation required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or HR Generalist preferred
