Responsibilities
Manage the Sales Division Office to ensure compliance with company standards
Uphold company policies and procedures as established by management
Maintain appropriate staffing levels within the sales division
Mentor and develop the technical and leadership skills of team members
Utilize company resources efficiently and effectively
Communicate clearly with management and cross-functional departments
Develop customer relationships and promote products, equipment, and capabilities through detailed recommendations and cost estimates
Stay current on new products and services to respond effectively to customer needs and generate enthusiasm for the full product line
Coordinate closely with operations to ensure customer service expectations are met
Review job performance, execution details, and historical production data
Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive activity, and technological advancements
Develop innovative techniques, theories, and engineering practices to support continued industry leadership
Represent and communicate the company's values, objectives, and positive image externally
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience in a related industry with a Mechanical or Electrical background, including HVAC, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design
Strategic, self-motivated, and highly organized
Strong communication skills with a desire to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
Ability to work independently while remaining team-focused
Deadline-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to own and operate a vehicle
