Project Controller
Matrix Technologies, Inc. is a leading provider of engineering, automation, and systems integration services. They are seeking a Project Controller to assist Project Managers with project budgeting, planning, and scheduling, as well as departmental duties related to project controls.

Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with the development and maintenance of Budgets, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Earned Value Reports and all related cost control tools
Assist Project Managers with the development and maintenance of proposal and project schedules, as requested
Assist Project Managers with development and maintenance of Project Plans, project reports, customer reports, etc., as requested
Assist Project Managers with the coordination and execution of Document Controls on a project
Assist Project Managers with the coordination and tracking of Purchased Items on a project
As assigned by the Department Manager, assist with the training and development of others with regards to job cost, planning, scheduling and other project related activities
As assigned by the Department Manager, assist with departmental and organizational Process Improvements; including our Project Operating Processes and Vision Lifecycle Guide
Qualification
Required
1 - 3 years of experience in Project Controls or equivalent
Thorough working knowledge of current Windows environment, primarily Project, Word, Excel, Teams, and Planner
Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera software (including planning and developing schedules)
Experience in the development and use of cost control tools including EV reporting
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business and/or engineering related field preferred
