Sales Intern
McKinstry is innovating the waste and climate harm out of the built environment and creating lasting impact. They are currently seeking a Sales Intern to join their team, providing hands-on experience and mentorship in a program designed to inspire imagination and guide career paths.

Responsibilities
Proposal assistance and pre-bid meeting coordination and attendance
Help with scheduling initial client meetings and follow-up activities
Salesforce support including account build-out and contact input
Help with industry conferences and events including registration and set-up, working the exhibit booth, and coordination with conference committees and contacts
Market research related to competitors, new offerings and client mission and goals
Qualification
Required
Availability in Summer 2026 (May/June start until August/September depending on school)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and possess excellent follow-up skills
Must be self–motivated, able to multi ‐ task, and work independently
Must be 18 years of age or older
