Alpha is hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee renovation, capital improvement, and maintenance projects across a residential property portfolio. This role combines estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare estimates, scopes, and budgets for property renovations, unit turns, and capital projects
Manage projects from planning through completion
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and material deliveries
Track schedules, costs, change orders, and project progress
Conduct site visits to monitor quality and resolve field issues
Communicate with internal teams to align timelines, priorities, and expectations

Required

Experience in construction project management, estimating, or property renovations
