Responsibilities
Supports the full contract lifecycle from creation through archiving
Independently manages simple contracts and coordinates with legal stakeholders on more complex agreements
Partners closely with contract requestors to assess needs, select appropriate templates, and ensure contracts align with legal requirements, organizational policies, and established processes
Collaborates with legal, compliance, procurement, business teams, and external partners to support efficient, compliant contract management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Legal Studies, or paralegal certification required
Minimum of 5 years of contract management experience, including contract drafting and negotiation
Understanding of standard contract clauses, legal terminology, and contract formats
Strong attention to detail when drafting and reviewing contracts
Ability to manage a high volume of work, prioritize effectively, and follow through on deliverables
Strong negotiation, active listening, and inquiry skills
Demonstrated ability to engage and guide cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical and adaptability skills
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
