This role involves leading and developing the Group’s US operations while contributing to its long-term strategic ambitions in North America.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall performance and development of the American operations
Pilot the daily operations of the subsidiary, oversee its commercial, financial and organizational performance, and ensure alignment with Group priorities
Lead and develop a local team of five people, fostering clarity, structure and engagement in a highly technical environment
Act as the main representative of the Group in the US, acting as a key interface for strategic customers and major development projects
Build long-term relationships based on credibility, trust and technical understanding
Contribute to the definition and execution of the US strategy, including the potential evolution of the subsidiary’s scope, diversification beyond motorsport and reflection around future industrial footprint or external growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Technical or engineering background (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or equivalent)
Solid experience in an industrial and technical context, within motorsport or performance automotive mechanical systems
Strong exposure to business development and leadership responsibilities
Familiarity with the North American market and its ecosystems
Established network within motorsport or performance-driven industries
Comfortable operating in an international and multicultural environment
Fluency in English
Preferred
Proficiency in French
