Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Censitrac across designated hospital locations
Assess and document current surgical instrument workflows and identify process gaps
Coordinate integration efforts between existing systems and Censitrac, ensuring seamless data and operational flow
Partner with project leaders, clinical teams, and technical stakeholders to define requirements, manage timelines, and resolve issues
Oversee on‑site activities including validation, testing, and user support during rollout
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience implementing Censitrac or similar surgical instrument tracking systems
Strong technical project management background in healthcare or hospital operations
Ability to work on-sites as required and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent workflow analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
