Senior LevelLargeton Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to build and maintain collaborative relationships with various stakeholders within the university environment. The role involves managing project lifecycles, overseeing productivity, and driving continuous improvement through effective project management methodologies.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with IT staff, academic and administrative departments, customers, partners, and stakeholders
Stay informed of business needs, technology initiatives, and project management best practices within the university environment
Establish project foundations by working with sponsors to develop project charters and baseline reports
Manage stakeholder and team communications throughout project lifecycle
Drive continuous improvement through the creation of actionable project schedules, budgets, and well-defined scopes
Track and report project risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed
Oversee productivity and effectiveness of multiple projects, including status reporting and tracking of budgets, timelines, and scope
Proactively identify and resolve project issues, develop contingency plans, and manage dependencies
Apply and own project management methodologies and tools, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards
Utilize change control processes and regularly update project progress to teams and leadership
Foster an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative team culture aligned with college values
Support process improvement initiatives across the Project Management Office (PMO) and IT organization
Oversee use and implementation of project management platforms (e.g., TeamDyamix, ServiceNow, MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheets)
Collaborate with management to support PMO vision and strategic objectives
Stay current with evolving technologies, standards, and project management trends, especially within higher education
Lead, motivate, and support diverse project teams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Qualification
