Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle across multiple customers within various locations
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as denial rates, collection rates, and charge lag. Generate and present detailed reports on revenue cycle performance to senior management
Identify inefficiencies, implement new strategies, and utilize technology (like EHR systems) to improve workflow, reduce costs, and increase revenue
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting revenue, and managing expenses related to the revenue cycle
Build and maintain relationships with external partners to optimize financial performance and resolve issues
Work with internal departments, such as finance and clinical staff, to ensure accurate documentation and reporting
Qualification
Required
60% to 80% travel in the first year
10-12 years experience in revenue cycle management
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Proficiency in revenue cycle management software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite
Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, billing rules, and payer contracts
Ability to resolve complex issues with both internal teams and external clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business, healthcare, or a related field
