Java Architect - Austin, TX (Fulltime Permenant)
Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking a Java Architect for a Full-Time project in Austin, TX. The role involves designing scalable software architectures for enterprise applications, implementing microservices, and leading development teams in Java technologies.
Responsibilities
Must have Architectural Design experience in Developing and maintaining scalable software architectures for enterprise applications
Must be able to define technology stack, integration patterns, and system design principles
Should have experience in Implementing microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions
Should have development and Leadership experience in Guiding teams in building applications using Core Java, Java-J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs
Must Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices
Should have Lead Java Legacy Application Modernization, including refactoring, re-engineering, and migration strategies
Worked with Database & Integration such as Optimizing PL-SQL queries for large-scale data transformations
Should have experience working with relational databases and ensure efficient SQL tuning for analytical workloads
Should have Automation & DevOps experience in Implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code
Should Automate workflows using Unix/Linux scripting and enterprise schedulers
Must have Core Java experience in Object-oriented programming, multithreading, exception handling
Cloud - JAWS/Azure/GCP Cloud migration
Must have Java-J2EE: JSP, Servlets, EJB, web services, Frameworks Such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
ORM: Hibernate for database interaction
Must have experience in Microservices: Service decomposition, API gateway, inter-service communication
Should have experience in Architecting: Design patterns, scalability, performance optimization, DevOps: CI/CD, containerization, cloud deployment
Must have Hands on experience in Java-J2EE development and architecture
Must have Proven experience in designing enterprise-level applications and modernizing legacy systems
Should have Exposure to Unix/Linux environments and automation scripting
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 13+ Years of Overall IT experience
Must have Architectural Design experience in Developing and maintaining scalable software architectures for enterprise applications
