Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain nursing schedules (4 weeks posted)
Coordinate staffing for PTO, sick calls, holidays, and call-offs
Ensure staffing meets state and federal regulations
Verify nursing payroll and attendance accuracy
Document OT, floating, schedule changes, and extra shifts
Maintain staffing and scheduling records in facility software
Assist with onboarding and education scheduling
Support central supply inventory and ordering as assigned
Fill in with direct care when needed and within scope
Provide after-hours staffing support as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Missouri CNA (required)
Minimum 1 year long-term care experience
Strong organization and attention to detail
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
