Responsibilities
Ensure all workflows regarding vehicle check-ins and check-outs are executed flawlessly
Conduct routine vehicle checks, clean interiors, and ensure all cars are road-ready
Serve as an escalation point for complex vehicle issues reported by drivers, ensuring quick resolution to keep them on the road
Maintain 100% accuracy of vehicle status in our fleet software. You will be responsible for verifying physical inventory and coordinating vehicle movement without onsite oversight
Maintain constant communication with central operations and support teams via digital channels (slack, email, etc.)
Act as the local decision-maker for third-party relationships, ensuring local mechanics, body shops, and parking vendors adhere to our SLAs and quality standards
Adapt standard operating procedures (SOPs) to fit the specific needs of your local market while maintaining company-wide consistency
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a remote or satellite office environment where you were responsible for managing your own schedule and priorities
Proven background in fleet management, logistics, or operations coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication– as you will be collaborating primarily with remote teams. Comfortable using tools like Slack and Google Workspace
Ability to manage complex schedules, vendors, and processes with minimal supervision
You can proactively identify local operational risks and solve them before they escalate to HQ
