Graphic Artist
The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education is seeking a dynamic and highly talented Graphic Artist to join their Marketing and Communications team. The role involves translating branding strategies into design strategies, collaborating with various professionals, and creating a wide range of visual materials.

Responsibilities
Translate the Wright Center’s needs and branding strategies into design strategies
Design visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software
Select colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative concepts
Collaborate with marketing and communications team members, branding experts, front end developers, marketing, content and other professionals
Articulate and pitch design concepts to clients, art directors, and others
Plan and design layouts and navigational structure for assigned projects
Design publications, brochures, rack cards, posters, banners, social media images, flyers, multimedia illustration, logo development, brand development, exhibits, and web design
Create these materials by using PowerPoint and Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more
Responsible for website builds, Power Point presentations, as well as ad reservations, placement, and design
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Buy in and experience working in the EOS® model (strongly preferred)
Mission-oriented; represents the enterprise in a professional manner while demonstrating organizational pride
2-5 years graphic design experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro
Excellent eye for detail
Solid knowledge of design and visual principles
Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the organization's needs in mind
Ability to communicate design choices clearly
Great multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
Self-starter and strong independent worker not needing management, but a team player who likes working on projects with the team
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Knowledge of video production, layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Works well with others in a team environment
Preferred
Buy in and experience working in the EOS® model (strongly preferred)
