Account Director, Corporate Events

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the corporate events and conferences strategy
Contribute to and drive the vision for executing large-scale conferences, summits, tradeshows, internal meetings, and executive programs, ensuring every experience is designed to deliver measurable impact
Working closely with senior leadership to define event objectives, target personas, success metrics, and ROI frameworks that guide strategic decision-making
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal cross-functional teams to drive business success
Navigate and address client or stakeholder concerns with integrity and a focus on mutually acceptable solutions
Foster a culture of transparency, trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Become a trusted advisor and an extension of the client’s team through true partnership and integration
Develop a deep understanding of the client’s market, products, industry trends, and competitors through comprehensive research and analysis
Anticipate client needs, articulate the 'why' behind decisions, and offer informed and impactful recommendations to drive business results
Identify and implement strategies to drive efficiencies and create breakthrough work
Partner with creative & production team leads on ideation, sell in, and execution
Manage multiple priorities, clients, and projects simultaneously, drawing on extensive experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, conferences, or large-scale event production
Establish best practices and scalable processes to optimize event operations across the organization
Qualification
Required
