THOR Funds is a systematic ETF issuer focused on delivering differentiated, rules-based investment strategies. They are seeking an External ETF Wholesaler to drive adoption and usage across registered investment advisors, building trust-based relationships and influencing business growth.

Responsibilities
Build and manage deep relationships with RIA decision-makers (CIOs, PMs, lead advisors)
Drive ETF flows through model adoption, portfolio allocations, and strategic conversations
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, portfolio reviews, and educational presentations
Partner with internal sales, marketing, and portfolio management to execute territory strategy
Effectively articulate THOR’s systematic investment process, portfolio construction, and risk framework
Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and activity discipline
Represent THOR at conferences, due-diligence meetings, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of wholesaling experience in the RIA channel (ETF or SMA experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated track record of driving ETF flows and building long-term advisor relationships
Deep understanding of RIA portfolio construction
Models, risk-managed strategies, and ETF implementation
Comfortable selling differentiated strategies, not commodity beta
Strong presentation, communication, and follow-up skills
Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset—able to operate without hand-holding
Preferred
Experience wholesaling systematic, quantitative, or rules-based strategies
Existing RIA relationships within your territory
Familiarity with model marketplaces, TAMPs, and OCIO workflows
