Responsibilities
Lead daily execution across all functions
Establish priorities, cadence, and accountability
Own estimating-to-closeout process
Reduce rework, callbacks, and schedule drift
Own budget execution and KPIs
Improve estimating accuracy and job costing
Lead hiring for PMs, supers, foremen, and admin
Strengthen onboarding, training, and performance management
Qualification
Required
10+ years construction leadership experience
Proven ability to manage PMs and field leaders
Strong financial and operational acumen
Experience implementing systems and accountability
Preferred
Prior President / GM / VP of Operations role
Scaling a construction business
EOS or similar operating systems
Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Sage
