The ideal candidate will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing datasets for machine learning projects and maintain data repositories used for AI model development.

Responsibilities
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing datasets for machine learning projects
Help maintain and update data repositories used for AI model development
Support data retrieval and preparation for training and testing ML models
Convert raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis and automation
Perform basic data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with the team to ensure data integrity
Assist in basic data mapping and workflow automation tasks
Contribute to ad-hoc projects involving predictive modeling or feature engineering under supervision
Perform other tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, mathematics, or related fields
GPA of 3.5 or higher
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of SQL – indexes, normalization, schemas, stored procedures, and triggers
Preferred
Applied knowledge of basic statistical methods
Knowledge in Visualization/Storyboarding tools (D3, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Understanding of statistical concepts
Familiarity with Python/C#
Knowledge of pivot tables, data collection, and computerized data entry systems is a plus
